Quality

AMSC has a quality system that is registered to the ISO/TS16949:2002 standard. Receiving, in-process and final inspections are used for all products and processes to ensure our customers' requirements are met at every stage of the process.

In-house CMM capability is used to validate sample submissions and check fixtures according to AIAG/PPAP manuals. Weld ultrasonic testing is used to check for the quality of spot welds.
