Our in-house design and programming capabilities enable AMSC personnel to proactively and efficiently provide our customers with timely updates to data on all projects. We have the ability to receive engineering data in a variety of formats: disk, tape, email and FTP.

Our CNC milling centers feature high speed spindles capable of producing complex 3 dimensional profiles for rapid tooling turnaround. AMSC has wire EDM capabilities to handle 2 dimensional profiling.

To ensure accurate tooling, work in progress is inspected regularly at every stage of machining guaranteeing error free components and successful tool assembly.
